We Start Anew!

I have come to the conclusion I no one on my friends list knows me and I barely know them so let's take this as an introductory post.
I'm Lauren Sophie Gascoigne, age nineteen and hailing from sunny Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I currently live in Rotherham - which coincidentally has the highest rate of teenage pregnancy in Europe - with my mother and my sixteen year old sister. I should be moving the whole 3 miles back to Sheffield in the next two months in time for me to begin the English and History course at Sheffield University, after having this past year as very lazy gap year. My boyfriend, Lewis, and I have been together for four years and together we mainly eat gargantuan amounts of food, play guitar hero/rock band and watch whatever television we have been seduced by - QI at this moment in time. I have many acquaintences but few "real" friends - thought I read somewhere that adults only view around 5 people as true friends - so I guess I'm not as antisocial as I once thought. My drink of choice is Newcastle Brown with Cherry Sour chasers, though I don't drink all that much. My creative life consists of me writing secretive poems and short stories, convincing myself I'm going to take more photos that I ever will and reading copious amounts of literature. My favourite bands are Brand New, Slipknot and NWA because I'm probably the strangest person in the world. I have a dog, a cat and a recently, accidentally acquired, parrot who truly is a class act at R2D2 impressions
